This page provides a short selection of some of the recent projects we have undertaken.

CME originally developed the core electronics design and managed the compliance engineering of the Patientline Terminal 2 bedside unit, now installed in hospitals across the UK, the Netherlands, the USA and Canada. Terminal 2 provides patients with personal access to TV services, radio, telephone and internet, whilst providing secure bedside access to hospital information systems for hospital staff. CME continue to work with Patientline to develop new services and markets whilst providing world-wide compliance engineering consultancy.

CME were responsible for designing Amino Communication's PSTN manager, a module within the Amino Gateway access product.

CME assisted Remote Diagnostic Technologies (RDT) in the development of the Tempus 2000, a remote medical monitoring kit, deployed around the world.

The Tempus 2000 provides full medical vital signs, audio communications and video images from commercial aircraft to remote medical centres using the in-flight satellite telephone system.
